Our very own Hawkwood-grown oyster mushrooms, available outside of our farmstall for the very first time! Unlike most commercially grown mushrooms, our mushrooms are grown on a peat-free substrate.
Oyster mushrooms have a meaty texture and are delicious quickly pan-fried with a pat of butter and garlic.
