The tasty leaves and flower heads of wild garlic are best eaten raw. It is fantastic added to stir-fries, salads, a sandwich or blitzed into a classic wild garlic pesto. Roughly chop and add at the end of cooking to a soup or stew. Or finely chop and beat into some softened butter with other mixed herbs for a delicious wild garlic and mixed herb butter... the options are endless!
